Vernazza is the village everyone photographs and no one forgets — the tower rising above the harbour, the colourful houses tumbling down to the water, the boats pulled ashore on the little square. This room pays tribute to it with a detail that makes it unique in the entire property: a wrought iron bed with a scrolled headboard that turns the room into something you simply don’t expect.
The blue of the bedspread is deep, the turquoise lamps on the bedside tables add a different accent of colour — a touch that lightens the atmosphere and surprises. On the armchair in the corner, a cushion with a view of Vernazza.
The bathroom is tiled in glossy blue with a dark-framed mirror — the only one of its kind in the entire property — and the shower features a rain showerhead. The open wardrobe with a safe is practical and convenient, and the corner desk comes with a kettle and a welcome bottle.

Only one small to medium sized dog per room is allowed upon request, an extra charge and credit card details may be required as security for any damages or extra cleaning only if necessary. It is not possible to leave it alone unattended in rooms to made to climb into beds. Extra cleaning fee 25€

The City of La Spezia charges a tourist tax of 2.50 per person per day, excluding children under the age of 16 and for a maximum of 5 continuous days.

The harbour, where boats depart for the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away.
The station is 2 minutes’ walk away and the Cinque Terre are just 10 minutes by train.

The six rooms, fully renovated in 2023, feature air conditioning, TV, safe and hairdryer. Every private bathroom has a shower with courtesy kit. In your room you’ll find a kettle and minibar; in the building, a vending machine for drinks and snacks available around the clock. International power sockets are fitted in all rooms.
Your car can wait in the nearby public car parks or at the station car park, just steps away. From here, the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Porto Venere and the entire Gulf are within reach by train or boat — the journey begins just outside your door.
