Riomaggiore is the village closest to La Spezia — the first one you reach, the one that surprises you with its narrow, vertical houses clinging to the rock. This room captures that spirit: compact, vertical, essential, with high ceilings that give it an unexpected sense of space.
It is the property’s single room, designed for solo travellers looking for a comfortable base without paying for space they don’t need. The bed is soft, the padded headboard invites you to unwind, and the bedside lamp warms the sleeping area with just the right light for reading or drifting off after a day on the trails.
On the opposite side, the blue desk runs along the wall with everything you need: kettle, water, TV. The wardrobe is generous — more than you would expect in a single room.
A small step up with two stairs leads to the entrance door — a detail that echoes, in its own way, the uphill alleyways of the real village. From here, Riomaggiore is ten minutes by train. But tonight, the journey can wait.

Only one small to medium sized dog per room is allowed upon request, an extra charge and credit card details may be required as security for any damages or extra cleaning only if necessary. It is not possible to leave it alone unattended in rooms to made to climb into beds. Extra cleaning fee 25€

The City of La Spezia charges a tourist tax of 2.50 per person per day, excluding children under the age of 16 and for a maximum of 5 continuous days.
Respect for other guests and residents of the building is required. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
The facility is designed as a logistical base for exploring the area, ask for advice on travel, trains, excursions and itineraries.

Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out from 10.30 am to 12 noon.
Early check-in is available for an additional fee, with a room guaranteed from 12.30 pm to 3 pm.

We are about a 2-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station, from where you can easily reach the nearest major Italian airports (Pisa, Genoa, Florence). A shuttle service is available on request for a fee.
Our property is in the city centre, adjacent to the pedestrian area, shopping streets and restaurants.
The harbour, where boats depart for the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away.
The station is 2 minutes’ walk away and the Cinque Terre are just 10 minutes by train.

Your car can wait in the nearby public car parks or at the station car park, just steps away. From here, the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Porto Venere and the entire Gulf are within reach by train or boat — the journey begins just outside your door.
