Lerici & Portovenere is the only room that bears a double name — and for a reason you discover the moment you walk in. Two connected spaces with the same amenities. Two atmospheres, two artworks on the walls: on one side the profile of Portovenere with its castle perched above the sea, on the other the gentle curve of Lerici stretching along the gulf. Two shores of the same horizon, like the two halves of this room.
Everything comes in pairs: a fridge, TV, safe and air conditioning for each space.
The tall windows, framed by brick arches, let in a full, generous light that fills the rooms without overwhelming them.
On the desk, a kettle and a bottle of wine await you. The private bathroom is tiled in cobalt blue — the deepest blue in the property — with refined fixtures and a small welcome kit.
This is a room designed for couples or for those travelling together who want to be close without being on top of each other: two beds, two corners, one shared space. And from the ground floor, with no stairs to climb, Portovenere and Lerici are exactly where the name promises — just a short boat ride away.

Only one small to medium sized dog per room is allowed upon request, an extra charge and credit card details may be required as security for any damages or extra cleaning only if necessary. It is not possible to leave it alone unattended in rooms to made to climb into beds. Extra cleaning fee 25€
Smoking is not allowed in our facility and rooms.
The City of La Spezia charges a tourist tax of 2.50 per person per day, excluding children under the age of 16 and for a maximum of 5 continuous days.
Respect for other guests and residents of the building is required. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
The facility is designed as a logistical base for exploring the area, ask for advice on travel, trains, excursions and itineraries.
Rooms should be left in a decent condition. Any damages will be charged.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with at least 2 hours’ notice, check-out at 10:30 AM. Late check-out from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM available with a €25 supplement, early check-in from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM with guaranteed room and €25 supplement. Late check-in from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM only on request with a €45 supplement.
Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out from 10.30 am to 12 noon.
Early check-in is available for an additional fee, with a room guaranteed from 12.30 pm to 3 pm.

We are about a 2-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station, from where you can easily reach the nearest major Italian airports (Pisa, Genoa, Florence). A shuttle service is available on request for a fee.
Our property is in the city centre, adjacent to the pedestrian area, shopping streets and restaurants.
The harbour, where boats depart for the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away.
The station is 2 minutes’ walk away and the Cinque Terre are just 10 minutes by train.

The six rooms, fully renovated in 2023, feature air conditioning, TV, safe and hairdryer. Every private bathroom has a shower with courtesy kit. In your room you’ll find a kettle and minibar; in the building, a vending machine for drinks and snacks available around the clock. International power sockets are fitted in all rooms.
Your car can wait in the nearby public car parks or at the station car park, just steps away. From here, the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Porto Venere and the entire Gulf are within reach by train or boat — the journey begins just outside your door.
