Our accommodation is located just over a hundred meters from the La Spezia railway station, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in the city center. It is an activity based mainly on the quality of hospitality and services for our guests and the functionality and efficiency of opur facilities and business management.

The rooms all equipped with air conditioning, safe, mini bar, satellite TV, internet plug, hairdryer and electrical outlets with international voltage, are furnished to best meet the needs of customers who are looking for quality and comfort.

In a few minutes by foot you can reach all main destinations of tourist interest: Amedeo Lia Museum, Museum of the Seal, Diocesan Museum and the Naval Museum, the Center of Modern Art and the Castle of San Giorgio.

The public transport/bus stops with destination Lerici, Portovenere, Val di Vara and Val di Magra are located a few blocks away from our accommodation and always just over five minutes, crossing the whole pedestrianized via Prione you reach the seafront and the quay from which all boats depart for the various destinations of Golfo dei Poeti, Cinque Terre and Versilia.

In the immediate vicinity, fifty, one hundred meters, there are numerous catering establishments such as pizzerias and typical trattorias, bars, wine bars, ice cream parlors and all the necessary commercial establishments (travel agencies, tobacconists, pharmacy, churches, refills and photographic spare parts and telephones, banks etc.) cinemas, theaters.
